A new English-language biography of Brezhnev has been released. It's called "Brezhnev: The Making of a Statesman": https://www.bloomsbury.com/us/brezhnev-9780755642106/, and it seems to be the first English-language biography to cover his full life.
I thought I would post it here as people may be interested. I haven't read it but it came to my attention from a Cold War podcast interview with the author.

I'll have to add that to my reading list.
