When you give up all hope for immediate positive change in the Soviet Empire style, you end up hoping to salvage some measure of self respect by supporting a candidate that might at least fulfill a fraction of what you consider to be progressive measures. So, with that in mind, I'd like to see what folks consider to be the "ideal" (haha!) candidate that would garner their vote in an upcoming election. (The choices reflect most of the different types of characteristics that I have observed in the participants in the ongoing selection process for candidates in the upcoming US elections in 2016.)
