Hello, I'm brand new here so sorry if this is posted in the wrong area. I'm currently in Tallinn and bought this badge from an antique market and wondered if anyone had any information on it and whether anyone knew if it was fake or not please?

Looks real

At least I doubt that anyone would fake a pin that is worth less than a dollar.
