Well, thats on in the eye for the left-wing capitalists; the keynesians.

We know you can't spend your way out of a depression but maybe the right-wing capitalists have the right idea.
If you do have to manage capitalism, I'd say the right-wingers are doing a better job than the left-wingers.

Capitalist recovery is just as inevitable as capitalist crisis. There will be more crises and more recoveries in the future. Marxist socialism will only become an option when the mass of people realise it is an alternative. That may be some time away as the legacy of the USSR and its collapse will cast a long shadow for many years to come.

Worth noting that this "recovery", such as it is, is in favor of the upper crusts of society. Look at Spain: In the last few years Spanish corporations have had unheard of profits, but the living standards keep plummetting and unemployment keeps growing.

The IMF has been a serial killer of countless Third World economies by imposing the Neoliberal death grip on them. No surprise that an organization that advocates pure free-markets is rewarding the UK's ranking for following austerity.

Been there, done that.
The IMF wishing for a 2.4% growth means nothing. It'll be lower, if it's ever positive.

Austerity doesn't work, it's pretty simple. But I'm not surprised to see you agreeing with the right wing.

I am not siding with the right-wing capitalists, that would not make any sense for a Marxist, just as it would be daft to side with left-wing capitalism.
All I was pointing out was that the right-wing capitalists probably more on the money when it comes to rebuilding the economy. That is not an endorsement of their ideas though as capitalism (left or right) is still inferior to socialism.
