You see, Gaddafi can rightly be blamed for this, firstly because he started the uprising and civil war, and secondly because he did not surrender fast enough when the bands of criminals and Al-Qaeda sympathizers and NATO fighter jets began kicking down his door.

NATO also destroyed Gaddafi's Great Manmade River project, which may make newly greened land return to desert again, making water more expensive for domestic and agricultural consumption.

I thought the thread title was a bit of rhetoric initially... like calling capitalists "hyenas and jackals".
