I hope this is the right board to ask for written works by either Che or Castro. Are there any reliable books the have compiled and translated whatever they have written? I don't want a biography, I want their various works and maybe an autobiography.

Che has written quite a few works that are pretty famous and available in the US. The Motorcycle Diaries is one of them, and Episodes of the Cuban Revolutionary War also titled Reminiscences of the Cuban Revolutionary War is the autobiographical work that the first part of Soderbergh's Che was partially based on. I believe I also saw a copy of his Bolivian diaries in a pretty big bookstore somewhere.

My Life is a spoken autobiography by Fidel Castro (written by Ignacio Ramonet). Not big on buying books; however, this one is an exception.

Thanks for the sources! I wasn't expecting an online archive.
When in doubt, Marxists.org. It's got damn near everyone even Kim il-Sung.

Fidel Castro still writes articles for granma with regularity. You can check them at their website http://www.granma.cu
They are usually about current events, and interesting to read, even if I don't always agree Back in white

Here is a complete work of Fidel's reflections by the ACN, here. I find it easier to navigate than Granma.
