Does anyone have an opinion on the Peace and Freedom Party, the US party which is mostly active in California? They describe themselves as committed to socialism, including a socialist economy "where industries, financial institutions, and natural resources are owned by the people as a whole and democratically managed by the people who work in them and use them." The party seems to have avoided factionalism, working with other parties on the left; for example, it supported the candidacy of Ralph Nader in the 2008 presidential election and the candidacy of Carlos Alvarez of the PSL in the 2010 California gubernatorial election.

Good party. Those kind of views should be encouraged.
