I did understood the last part when all the soviet system comes crashing down and the dead body of the system comes down to castro and the succesors of communism. but i dont quite understand the begining, who are the guys in brown rain coats? you know with hats and sunglases, and whats that marriage all about?

There's a lot that I don't understand too. The people in the raincoats look like spooks, so perhaps they're bolshevik agents? You know, carrying out undercover work. The telephone could mean how they kept the party informed on what was happening in the street.
