People have mentioned Immortal Technique, but i think people just check this song out:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRvFzPkFUm0 From his new album The 3rd World. If you're lucky enough to be a communist, well, then you're lucky enough.
Immortal Technique is my favourite artist. Most of his songs have a cold reality chill to them.

I remember a while ago you said you didn't like his style. good change.
"Read some of the works of Marx and Engels... couple this with a reading of the Bible and note the parallelism of Communism and the program of Satan." Thomas O. Kay, National Association of Evengelicals
Are Dead Prez revolutionary?
They are, but a lot of there stuff leans a little too far on the nationalistic side. They are pro socialist revolution, regardless.

The Dead Kennedys are not rap.. but many of their songs are very revolutionary, such as "Well Paid Scientist."

Most the lyrics I've seen from the Dead Kennedy's seem to be more from a Anarchic POV rather than a revolutionary Socialist one.
That's certainly the way a lot of punk bands lean anyhow.
Indeed Fellow Comrade. Most Punk Groups are nothing more then long haired anarchist rabble that should be beaten with rubber hoses.

Dead Prez is different than Dead Kennedys.

One more. If you only listen to one, listen to this one.

To be honest with you..DP is cool, but everyone hops on Immortal Technique WAY too much.

I agree, I really like Immortal Technique. I really love his 3rd world album. I think it is probably the closest thing to a Maoist-Third Worldist record.
Here are some of my favorite political songs: Millions of Dead Cops: John Wayne was a Nazi. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LfQsXrhF2X4 I like it because it uses John Wayne to represent amerika and highlights amerikas genocidal war of conquest against the First Nations. I Remember. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHo9BCfAhI0 I love this song because it focuses on the oppression of youth by the pig amerikan power structure. Black Flag: White Minority http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmVUE9I75iM Love this one. I love the way the lyrics are sarcastically written from the point of view of an amerikan fearing a third world uprising.

I like this immortal guy.

I like Koba better.
I agree, he's nice. But my favorite revolutionary rapper is a German guy called MaKss Damage (I know, the name sucks, but whatever.) who raps about topics like killing cops (using interesting expressions like "robocop holocaust"), the restoration of the Soviet Union, Stalin and guerilla war.
