Why don't I go up there and say 'you know stalin was right to kill trotsky'? Why should I spout your propaganda?

Also, why don't you ask why the Party
hasn't organized any workers or led any strikes over
the last 30 years, the way the SWP did in Minneapolis
back in 1934

The Communist Movement was much more strong in america than it is today, its coming back but we still aren't as strong as we were. When was the last time the CPUSA had it's own march? When? It participates in most anti-war protests as does the SEP. Communism doesn't have the clout, in american politics, to host it's own marches and strikes.

Which WL members specifically from the late 1980s / early 1990s
were "Pabloite scum" and what evidence do you adduce that these members were "Pabloite scum"?

what evidence do you have that they weren't?

The simple truth is that the WL had many pabloites in its ranks, getting rid of them was a necessity.

Well, since I don't know which members you're talking
about, there's no way for me to "present evidence" that
"they" weren't.

I would ask for a bit of clarity on your previous
analogy:

You equate putting forward a list of proposed actions
consisting, say, of the following:

1.) A written Party constitution for the SEP outlining
minority rights, frequency of national conventions,
frequency of updated perspectives documents, etc.

2.) A clarification of the relationship between GRPI
and SEP

3.) The introduction of remoteness between GRPI positions
and SEP leadership positions to eliminate conflicts of
interest

4.) An unmoderated internal internet discussion board
where party members can communicate with eachother,
form factions, have disagreements, propose leadership
changes

You would equate making these demands with standing
up in front of an International venue and praising
Stalin's murder of Leon Trotsky?

By running SEPtic without an internal Party constitution, by failing to have democracy and regular elections, David W. Green ("North") has violated a central tenet of Trotskyism -- namely, the principle of democratic centralism, and an international control commission should be immediately formed to discuss expelling him from the ICFI.

and I can state absolutely that David W. Green is David North.

So what? So what if David North is CEO of this printing company?

So what? The vanguard of the proletariat ought to be, y'know, of the proletariat. It's all so incredibly ironic considering that constant attacks from "David North" against the so-called "Stalinists" for being somehow 'anti-worker'. It's clear now that what "David North" advocates in the place of the vanguard of the proletariat is some kind of Fabianist alternative of benevolent capitalists leading the workers to the promised land.

Another thing about workers leading workers - it's a question of what kind of workers democracy the Party would build. Of course, "David North" is in fine company: Trotsky never respected the "democratic" half of democratic centralism, thats why he was expelled from the CPSU by a vote of 724,000 to 4000
