I remember when the revolution was still going on and we would track it's progress and talk about it alot. But now, I haven't heard anything for quite some time. Has anything new happened? Are they moving forward? Backward? Is there any place where I can get some news?

Real marxist-leninists? Why would ML's favour soc dems over maoists?

Political rivalries precluded any coalition with the Maoists and the new government was formed with every major party, including the soc dems. It's another 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' situation where they worked with the soc dems to exclude the Maoists from governing Nepal.

Nepal. The RCP used to have great news on Nepal until the Maoists seized power.

I remember when they very close to seizing power in Kathmandu, but then I think they simply stopped and entered Nepal's parliamentary system.

It would've been interesting to see how things would've turned out if they had kept on going.
Now what is this…

You shouldn't be to upset the maoist hold the majority in parliament and the Marxist-Leninist are the third largest so it could be worst.
