Surprising to hear Dean Reed being allowed to sing Country songs, given the treatment of poor old Eduard Khil ("Mr Trololo")!
Country/cowboy music was actually really popular in Czechoslovakia (and pretty popular in the GDR where he lived and where they're signing.) Michal Tučný was the most famous Eastern European singer in that genre. Some of the backup singers are from the USSR.

Another song from his, taken from his last album in 1986 (which was aptly-titled "Country Songs" and came out in the GDR): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBk87sQL79k

I think the Soviet authorities took some liberties with Reed, since after all he was meant to be a substitute for capitalist singers and he was actually a "true believer" in socialism, to the extent he reiterated in his suicide note that it was the best system humanity has. Hence why he was able to covere various Western songs, not just the Beatles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVgkePXZSk0

Me old vinyl LPs are black, apart from me green punk special discs.

Is that why rock n roll is fascist?

Maybe they danced to Doris Day in the Kremlin and could never admit that dancing to the Beatles was more fun.
Though George Formby was given the order of Lenin, altogether now, get your ukulele out! , 1-2-3

Again I will have to ask, which are the films, books, paintings, sculptures ect. that will turn into a fascist. Come on! Give me the names.

As to music, there have been various examples, such as National Socialist Black Metal, and white power music. This article illustrates this tendencyhttp://www.csmonitor.com/1992/1027/27101.html. So yes, neofascists have utilized cultural art forms to promote their worldview.

Yes, but where is the proof that listening to this music makes you a fascist?

Fascists may listen to this music but weren't they fascists before they bought these works?

The link you give does not give any scientific proof that this will happen, so is therefore worthless.
People said that Wagner was the favourite composer of the Nazis but no one has yet proved that listening to him will turn you into one.
