Almost every year tens and tens of thousands of high rise apartments are built in North Korea. Every collective have at least 300-600 high rise apartments. Mobility has never been a problem because they build their dwellings to where the workplace, factory or collective is situated. Far better than the urban planners of Toronto and Vancouver...
