Thought you might be interested in the magazine of the Cominform, which was for the CPs in Europe, both East and West. It has some interesting articles from the ruling parties of EE. Its later issues are mostly dominated by the Tito-Stalin split. A nice primary source from the start of the Cold War to the Secret Speech.

It has a lot of speeches and theory articles for the periods of socialist construction, and building of People's Democracies immediately after WW2.
