Has anyone seen the movie Apollo 18? If so what do you make of it?

Despite what the critics say I liked the film and in particular I found entertaining the way it was shot. The best thing though was seeing the Soviet landing module on the moon. It was a bit reminiscent of the space race and felt nostalgic in a way.

I completely agree! I felt nostalgic seeing that very scene, too! I'm glad I'm not alone in such feelings
I'd love to see some alternate-history cosmonautics movies which would have titles as "Another Space First - Soviet Moon Landing" or "Venera Mission" or "Red Mars"... Isn't it tragic that Korolev died before fulfilling his life-long dreams of designing and flying probes which would enable cosmonauts fly by Venus and land on Mars? He was a true visionary...
