There are millions of conspiracy theories about this, I for myself doubt that they were faked...

talking about conspiracies where is that radioactive hole in the ex USSR, which was found in the 18th century or sometime?

Anyway I am unsure about the moon landings, one thing is sure that people have been launched in rockets somewhere.

It would make sence that the U.S would fake it, it seems logical.

It would calm down the entire country in the hype of the Cold War, and give them a final edge over their socialist enemies.

However, something about it says that the US acually did. The USSR, however, would have made it to the moon first if Brezhnev wasnt placed into power and cut out the priority of the space race.

Meh, the whole entire space race was just a pissing contest placed by Kennedy anyways.

[Voice of old Russian man] Bah! Who cares about useless chunk of rock in space? Soviet Union sent up Sputnik, first satellite in space! Soviet Union sent first man into space! Yuri Gagarin was first man to orbit earth! Gagarin beats s*** out of Armstrong and Aldrin. Let damn Yankees have their pointless moon 'victory'. Soviet cosmonauts are still best of all! Simply no. Every conspiracy theory has been quite convincingly shown to be untrue.

Accept it - the US got to the moon. So what? It is an advance for humanity.

It does not matter who can land on the moon, the moon posseses no strategic value.

Precisely. So why this measuring of dicks? It's not like the Soviets have nothing to be proud of in the Space Race - on the contrary!

That page says that the USSR knew it was faked and the US sent millions of tons of grain as a bribe to "silence" the USSR who was "starving". Really? there was famine in USSR in the 1960s?

I do suppose though that you could build a cannon that could fire shells from the moon to earth.

The Usa was 6 time on the moon (apollo 11,12,14,15,16,17)
I think it would be very hard to fake 6 mission.

The Soviet Union send the first space prob on the moon (the Lunik)

Maybe it was too expensive to send men on the moon.

There are many other hits in the space explorations.....
