What you've got there is an imitation gold Ready for Labour and Defence of the USSR (Russian abbreviation ГТО 'GTO') pin. They're not worth much in monetary terms (no more than 1USD here in Russia), but there is a proud history behind them:

Fun fact: two years ago Putin restored the GTO, complete with the old name.
I swear the guy's got big time nostalgia for the Soviet Union everywhere except where it counts most (the economy, the political establishment).
