I have a limited edition Yuri Gagarin coin. It is awesome and very expensive by now. Its outstaning on the front its Yuri in the helmet and on the back it says first man in space in english and russian. In the middle of the back side is Vostok. Just wanted to share it with you guys. I wish I could show it to everyone. I also have some Russian space mission patches.

I have an old digital camera I'll take a picture of it and post on wednesday since I'll be busy for a couple of days. I dont know if a lot of people want to see it but it means a lot to me. My grandfather met Yuri Gagarin when he was stationed in Arhangelsk. I'll also try to post my space patches because they are cool as well.

why does a message ( [please read the forum rules] ) keep on popping up when either the person has said a word or is making a comment?

is it an automatic function?

SoViEt- you really do believe whatever you hear on tv don't you?

Davee- I think it's an automatic replacement of curse words.

I'd like to see the coin indeed.

Anyone ever heard of the song Gagarin by Neiro Dyubel?

Yuri Gagarin is a hero to all humanity. Anything commemorating his glorious ascent into the stratosphere is magnificent indeed.

I agree

I want to see the Yuri Gagarin coin. He's a bad-ass and an icon to all who love exploration, science, and knowledge.

What you can do (as my email doesn't work at work) is go to

www.photobucket.com.

Create an account there.

Use the picture on your computer, and make sure it's NOT a BMP file, because that won't work.

Go in to photobucket and "upload" the picture

There are three links that will appear after you do this, copy and paste the one that starts with [ img ] to a post here.

You should be good to go after that.

Say something if you need more.

Yurgi rules.

Well,I was in Moscow last summer and I went to the "STAR CITY" which is nearby. This is the place where russian cosmonauts are trained. There is a souvenir shop with many coins,patches,etc... but nothing like these really.
Especially the coin is really COOL.
