Scanned by me. It's a relatively short book about the Autonomous Industrial Colony of the Kuzbass, a project proposed by "Big Bill" Haywood and others and which was supported by Lenin.

Holy moly! I had no idea there was a whole experimental American worker's colony in Kemerovo. How the hell did they get all the way there? Enthusiasm or not, it must have been really lonely being away from their home country.
