You know what I started to think? It may happen that some SD MP's will "defect" to PS.

It will end once Slovenians will realize that "social democracy" is not what SDS stands for. Social democracy has other values. He doesn't seem to have an agenda at all. I mean, no agenda whatsoever. Not even a positive agenda. He speaks generally and one cannot argue with such a person, that's why everyone agreed with him in the election debates! But one has to admit that obviously not many people saw through that and they were just left with a "good feeling" about him because they rarely disagreed with anything he said.

I haven't noticed that even though I watched the 7pm news tonight. It doesn't seem PS will get a majority of votes to me. Also, I think Židan was correct in saying there's no need for "uncles from the background" (meaning Kučan).

I find the silence from the right-wing parties quite ominous (white guards NSi and home guards SDS).

did you see today's "prepucavanje" (sorry, no English word for it) between Zoky and Janša? It's ridiculous, isn't it?

EDIT: i'm starting to think that may as well happen, early elections... It will be interesting to see who would be able to galvanize more people to go out and vote for him, Zoky or Janša.

What do you make of the current development, comrade? The "trenirke" affair? Did you know that JJ is supposedly behind the text - here's an article (in Slovenian) which claims that all JJ's pseudonyms are connected with the word "maj" (month of May), MAJer, KoštoMAJ, MAJnik etc.

I think there will be a coalition, and I praise Zoky for saying upfront (two months ago) that he is entering the politics solely to win the mandate to assemble the government, and he managed to achieve that.
Otherwise, I'm so sad about Slovenians not being able to see through JJ - as I see, those who supported him earlier, are now even more fervently supporting him. And he's always using the same approach to answer any allegations: "they [the other side] did it, too, so I [JJ] am the real victim!"
