This is excellent news and I hope that more Americans travel to Cuba before the country is ruined by the tide of capitalism and it becomes just another boring commercialised country in the Caribbean. Do you some pics to share with us, Kurt?

I am new here, I was reading this very interesting site when I found this part on Cuba.
I have been to Cuba many times, its a beautiful country and as the previous poster said, its not all mired with commercialism .. making it a unique place in this world ..

I myself would like to visit Cuba someday. Like Senator Schumer stated, if Castro is being politicly abusive, we would see it first hand, and I don't think that the Communist Party government would want world opinion to turn against them. So it should be beneficial for all concerned. Also, Americans, such as Bill O'Reilly had vacationed in Spain, while it was a fascist dictatorship. So why should we not be permitted to travel to a Communist country?
