Well, in the 1960s North Koreans threw out East Europeans who had married Korean women, with one official claiming the marriages were "a crime against the Korean race".... I'd guess its a difficult road, secondly since I doubt anyone would actually want to move to Korea, its probably even more difficult. At last, since the Korean regime likes to refer to themselves as the most "pure" people left on earth, I guess that means even more difficulty (you would make a Korean unpure).. Of course, this is internal propaganda - maybe the regime doesn't care at all?!

Joe Dresnok's son was allowed to marry his Korean girlfriend. I have met many mixed race people in Pyongyang. I think those old rules are moving by the wayside.
