One has to know that calculators and shit were rather rare in SU,even in early 90's most stores had the wooden calculator-abacus.
I have to "brag" and say that i have Elektronika watch like this one http://media.photobucket.com/image/elek ... nika53.jpg
and a soviet calculator(but it's not working,when i dug it from the wilderness of attic boxes,the batteries have already leaked and spat some green goo all over the inside...

To be honest, it looks aesthetically better than the modern day stuff that's manufactured in China even if the gadget is less technologically advanced. Still, the stuff that the Soviets made looks awesome and I wouldn't mind owning some of the goods.
