I am a 16 year old member of the communist party. I currently believe in Leninism with a slight Stalinist influence. I live in the Midwest United States and I have great pride in my beliefs. I need ideas to spread the positive communist word, not only for myself but for the communist party as a whole. We need to rid the negative connotations of communism. No matter how young/old you are, if you are a male/female, or even if your'e a Stalinist/Marxist/Leninist/ Maoist, we need to unite and rid the world of the bourgeois in order for the proletariat to rise. This is a goal that requires a unified sense of pride that I feel for communism. Join me. Tell me what I can do. Tell others what they can do. Tell everyone what you have done. We are one and need to act as such. Long live Lenin.

I was born in China, but I am a Midwesterner as well (from Michigan).
Welcome to S-E.

Welcome to SE. Let the ranks of the Chinese Midwestern Teenage Communist Party swell with pride and vigor!

Seriously, though, this is the best place on the web (outside of an official party forum) to discuss and learn.

Welcome to SE comrade. You should probably stay away from the revisionism of the CPUSA. I'd recommend the PSL or WWP.

I looked at CPUSA and was pretty displeased, I havent looked into PSL or WWP yet. recommend any other youth communist/socialist groups in the midwest possibly?
Post 17 Apr 2011, 21:51
Depends on your ideological position really. What do you align yourself as ideologically?
Post 17 Apr 2011, 22:22
pretty much just a Marxist-Leninist with some bits and pieces of Stalinist and Maoism. I'm more Marxist-Leninist than anything else. I tried looking some midwest youth groups but didnt really find any

RCP is MLM. But I'm hesitant of them because they are overall very cult of personality over their chairman, Bob Avakian.
Your best bet is to find some student activist groups, or start one with a friend. This is the best thing since you are still under 18

Go for the PSL. Way more active.
Post 17 Apr 2011, 23:27
looked at RCP and it does looks a bit cult-ish and there isnt a very clear way to look at MLM, or at least none that i have found
Post 18 Apr 2011, 00:10
Some other marxist-leninist parties in the USA are PLP, FRSO.
Post 18 Apr 2011, 01:07
Already joined PSL. it looked a lot more active and a little more "politically correct" than RCP and MLM
