Looking for a cartoon (comic strip)

I remember seeing a cartoon on here, maybe a year ago, with a boss explaining to someone how he affords the factories and MoP by selling the workers productive output and it was done cyclically I believe so the last panel could transition to the first. Worst description ever, but does anyone still have that?
