Employment Act

Article 1. Every citizen is entitled to a non-governmental position that they are qualified for.

Article 2. The Commissariat of Labour shall provide a list of employment that all soviet citizens shall use as a reference for choosing their profession. It shall also be the duty of the commissariat of labour to update the list of employment and modify it as other institutions request labour.

Article 3. The Commissariat of labour is responsible for guaranteeing employment for all citizens of the Soviet Union.

Article 4. There are no restrictions on a government employee having a non-governmental position.

Article 5. The Commissariat of the Labour shall cooperate in this matter with the Social Security Commissariat, as it is the duty of the social security commissariat to provide civil security to all citizens.
