Deadbeat Comrade Act
1.Those who are inactive for a period exceeding 60 days without posting any notification within the official forums of the USSR shall be considered AWOL and be resigned from the citizens list.
2. It is the duty of the commissariat for internal affairs or designated organisations under its control to seek agreement of the court that a citizen has indeed been absent for the maximum period or greater.
3. Removal from the list of active citizens and and any public office the citizen holds may commence after the order of the Soviet Tribunal.
