Resignation Act

A. This bill applies to all federal positions, including chairmanship and membership in both the Central Executive Committee and the Congress of Soviets, and commissars.

B. Person(s) resigning need to visit Samokritika, and admit faults and reason why they're departing their position.

C. The resigning person will NOT choose their successor. Instead, (in order to enhance democracy and unorthodoxy in our system) an election will be held, with the appropriate electorate for the position at hand, to decide upon whom shall fill the vacancy.

D. Person(s) who have resigned three times or above in a period of two months, will be restricted from holding a federal position for one month.
