Revenue Increase Act

A. A 15% Tariff shall be placed on all imports from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United States of America. (Embargo will not be formed, as it is isolationist and disturbs peaceful co-existence with the above nations).

B. Soldiers of the Soviet National Army will be trained in working towards the improvement of the infrastructure of the U.S.S.R. during peacetime.

C. A progressive income tax of 20% shall be issued on citizens with an income of 3,086,129 Roubles (approx. US$ 1 million and 698,392.70 UK pounds) per year or above.

D. The revenue from the tariff, the amount saved from the military fund, and the progressive tax shall be distributed to the regions of the U.S.S.R. according to population.
