Personality Worship Act

A. The memorisation of quotes from any certain person shall not exist in the curriculum of the Soviet Education Board.

B. The names of towns, cities, public property and any structures in existence may not be changed without the referendum of the populace of the towns/cities concerned or users of the facilities concerned.

C. The Soviet currency (currently, the Rouble) shall not be changed in name with reference to any one person (e.g. Stalinmark)

D. National funds will not be expended in maintaining the preservation of deceased persons (i.e. Lenin).
